Ensuring Positive Outcomes for Children

The programme is conducted through a mixture of in-person sessions at Julia Gabriel Centre, online sessions, clinic sessions and guided tasks for participants to complete at home.

When working with young children, adults need to understand how they develop, in addition to learning the impact we can have on them.

Join us for a six-week programme to explore learning styles and effective communication as key areas to consider when engaging with young children.

We examine the importance of using play for learning and how we can scaffold and adapt activities to ensure positive learning experiences for all children.

This workshop is Module 2 of the Julia Gabriel Initial Certificate (Child Learning & Development) programme.
It is also open to anyone who is interested in working with children.
