At JGCL, I have learnt that the job of a teacher is to build confidence in a 1 meter tall child so that he walks with the assurance of being capable, when he is 1.8 meters tall. I have learnt that a teacher who smiles at the little girl reassuringly, so that she will never be scared to try a new thing or to make a new friend ever makes a real difference. It's a great feeling and I am loving it."
