In so doing, we can influence others to do the same. When we express ourselves fully, we add value to our work and our relationships. We give others the opportunity to recognise, to appreciate and to value us. When we express ourselves fully, we are constantly recharging ourselves with the joy of creativity, novel experiences and openness to new ideas.
